Who

We are custodians of the land at Hendlberg. We formed in 2014 with a shared belief of EarthCare responsibility and that the time to act is now. There are times to learn, times to grow, times to reflect and think……… now we need to put what we know into action.

 

Nicole CaranPortrait Nicole (1 of 1)

has her background as a commercial chef and Vocational teacher. She started gardening in her backyard in Melbourne, Australia.  This soon led her to a PDC (Permaculture Design Course) with Bill Mollison and Geoff Lawton, and later on an internship with Geoff Lawton on his farm.

has a background in film production. He has been self employed for 20 years, started gardening on his balcony in Vienna, Austria and soon found a keen interest and hobby in it. He has completed his PDC (Permaculture Design Course) and a 1 year education with Josef Holzer.
